Report concerns regarding situations/actions that you consider inconsistent with the standards of ethics and values and that may adversely affect the represented organization and/or the well-being of a person/employee.

The report must include information about criminal offenses, irregularities, or violations of the law in the workplace. We recommend that the reporter provide clear evidence of their suspicions, although this is optional. All information provided must be submitted in good faith.

The reporter may submit an anonymous report, provide only one means of contact, or identify themselves fully or partially.

Security and confidentiality

We preserve the reporter’s anonymity. Even the entity referred to above does not have access to the reporter’s information. This service is managed by the external company GoFox – Tecnologias de Informação, which operates the platform. Through data encryption, even the platform’s technicians and administrators are unable to access this information.

When should I use the platform to report an issue?

This platform should be used to inform the institution represented here about cases that occurred within it and that you believe do not comply with its ethical and value standards or may affect the well-being of the organization and/or its people.

Complaint or report?

This platform is not intended for submitting a complaint about the company’s product/service, but rather for reporting suspected fraud, corruption and/or misconduct identified within the organization.

What should a report contain?

The report should include as much information as possible about criminal offenses, irregularities or violations of the law identified within this organization.

How should I substantiate the report?

As the reporter, you should provide as much concrete evidence as possible to support your suspicions, whenever possible. Although optional, this helps demonstrate the truthfulness of the report and the principle of good faith.

Will I remain anonymous?

The report may be submitted 100% anonymously. If you wish, you may identify yourself and provide an email address for contact. The organization will not have access to this information, nor will the external company managing the platform, due to the use of advanced encryption techniques.

I have submitted a report. What happens next?

The entity has 7 days to provide a clear and objective response after receiving the report and to forward it to the relevant entities. Thereafter, the entity has 3 months to inform you of the measures planned or adopted, together with their justification.
